National Lacrosse League Inc. Survey Giveaway
• No Purchase Necessary. Void where prohibited.
• The deadline for entries is Friday, Aug. 12 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
• Eligibility requirements – Eligible participants are any individuals over 18 years of age who participate in the NLL fan survey. Employees of the NLL or its teams are not eligible. Limit one per household.
• The name of one survey participant shall be randomly selected to win the award.
• Winner(s) will be chosen and notified on Monday, Aug. 15.
• The approximate value of the prize is $179.99.
• Odds of winning are 1-in-20,000.
