Nll Partners With Western Union

The National Lacrosse League has announced Western Union as an official partner for the 2015 NLL season. The partnership is highlighted by Western Union’s marketing activation on the league’s broadcast television platform along with digital and social media. In addition, NLL players will be featured in Western Union commercials airing throughout the season.

“We’re pleased to welcome Western Union as an official partner of the National Lacrosse League,” said NLL Commissioner George Daniel. “It’s exciting to have the support of such a strong global brand helping to promote the growth of the league and sport.”

The Western Union commercials will include stories from Colorado Mammoth forward Drew Westervelt, a six-year NLL veteran who played collegiately at UMBC, along with Minnesota Swarm transition player David Earl, who played NCAA lacrosse at Notre Dame and now enters his fourth year in the league.
