Career

NLL: Brendan Bomberry has had an impressive NLL career, highlighted by strong performances in multiple seasons. In his rookie 2018-19 campaign, he finished with 17 points (7 goals, 10 assists), 61 loose balls, and 10 caused turnovers, earning a spot on the 2019 NLL All-Rookie Team. In the 2019-20 season, Bomberry scored his first goal of the year against the Riptide on March 7, and earlier that season, on February 15, he tallied 3 assists and grabbed 5 loose balls in another matchup with the Riptide. The 2021-22 season saw him take on a more prominent role with the Swarm, playing in all 18 games as a forward. He finished the season third on the team in points (62), assists (36), and goals (26), registering 8 multi-goal games, including 3 hat tricks. His first hat trick came against Halifax on March 12, followed by a second against Toronto on March 26. He also recorded a season-high 5 points twice—once against Halifax on February 19 and again against Toronto on April 1. Bomberry’s season-best 9 loose balls came against Philadelphia on January 29, showcasing his all-around contributions. In the 2023-24 season Bomberry recorded a personal record of 3.5 points per game. In addition an impressive 25 goals and 38 assists for another personal best of 63 points. 

NCAA: In 2015, during his freshman season at Denver University, Brendan played in 8 games and recorded 8 points (4 goals, 4 assists). The following year, in 2016, he played in 16 games for the Pioneers, posting 33 points (19 goals, 14 assists) and 5 ground balls. In 2017, he transferred to Syracuse University for his first season with the Orange, finishing with 38 points (28 goals, 10 assists) and 22 ground balls. Finally, in 2018, as a senior, he recorded 36 points (28 goals, 8 assists) and 17 ground balls in 16 games played.
