Justin Rubino

Justin Rubino is the Executive Vice President, Business Operations at the National Lacrosse League. In his role, Justin is responsible for all aspects of the league’s financial operations, including the development and management of the league’s operating budget. Justin also administers the league’s human resources function, provides oversight on office and IT operations, works alongside Lacrosse Operations in the administration of the Collective Bargaining Agreement & Luxury Tax, provides support in the preparation and review of contracts, and serves as a key member in the league’s expansion efforts.

Justin began working with the NLL in 2008 as an intern, where he provided support to all areas of the business. Since that time, Justin has been immersed in nearly all aspects of the league’s operations, and at one time or another has either managed or provided support to digital, social, marketing, partner activation, and broadcast, in addition to his current areas of responsibilities.

Justin was born and raised in Wayne, NJ, and graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University. He currently resides in Philadelphia, and enjoys spending his weekends on a golf course.
